Beta Testing Updated ClickHome App for iPad

We’re almost ready to rollout ClickHome’s revamped iPad app and are on the lookout for some awesome beta users to try it out! From fresh, new screens to a look and feel we know you’ll love, check out some of the things coming your way below.

We’re always striving to give our clients the best user experience with all the tools you need at the tips of your fingers. We’d love to know whether you think ClickHome’s new iPad app hits the mark and have your input on whether you can access what you need, is it easy to find information and if you like the changes etc.

So that all our clients can easily involve their team without risking their production servers, we’ve temporarily disabled the sync function. You can do a rebuild, play with all the features, schedule and complete tasks, complete inspections, upload documents and much more with none of your changes saved to the server or sync operation permitted unless your IT team has enabled it.

You may be aware that we’ve also released an update to the desktop application that your team in the office use. We’ve updated the icons for jobs, tasks and other records and these are now consistent between both applications these being the desktop and field app.

Have a look at some of the icon changes below.

When you are using the application, you can take screenshots, use the Apple image mark up tools to draw on the screenshot and then use the share button in the top corner. When you do this, the App knows that you are beta testing, and you can see the menu to Share Beta Feedback.

At the end of your testing, we have a short survey you can access from the front page of the app.

It’s here! ClickHome’s new UI is live

Yep, you read that right. We just dropped our brand-new UI and it’s jam-packed with tons of exciting features that we can’t wait for you to try.

Our recent newsletter series introduced you to four all-new features we just know you’ll love; the revamped MyTasks, Info Panel, Client Satisfaction Scores and Searching. You can find out more about these amazing new features here if you haven’t already.

But we haven’t just stopped there. There’s heaps more for you to explore. Live stats, favourite task items, appointment booking and even target dates. Check out the intro video below to discover what’s waiting for you in ClickHome.

We know it’s all new and exciting, and to help you get the hang of the UI even quicker we’ll be adding a library full of tutorials that’ll go through things like navigating the dash, searching, target dates and more. If we haven’t covered something you think is really important let us know and we’ll add it in!
